Projects that involve disturbing more than an acre, or less than an acre that is part of a Common Plan of Development, are required to obtain coverage under a Construction Generic Permit (CGP).

As part of CGP coverage, owners are required to provide documentation on how they will comply with their NPDES permit. Compliance is achieved by creating an organized, site-specific SWPPP, performing the required stormwater inspections, and responding quickly to BMP action items that warrant maintenance or need to be replaced.

If your project requires coverage under the CGP, Onsite Enviro can assist with developing or updating the SWPPP, conducting the required routine and post-rainfall stormwater inspections, and documenting compliance.

Onsite Enviro Compliance Services for Construction include:

  • Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP)

  • NPDES Routine and Post-Rainfall Inspections

  • Environmental Compliance Reporting

  • Erosion and Sediment Control Installation & Maintenance
