Notice of Intent (NOI)
Filing a Notice of Intent (NOI) is required to obtain coverage under an NPDES permit, such as the Construction Generic Permit.
NPDES Generic Permit (CGP)
When construction actities involve disturbing more than one acre of land, or less than an acre of land that is part of a larger common plan of development that combined will disturb more than an acre of land, the owner or designated operator must apply for a Construction Generic Permit (CGP).
Notice of Termination (NOT)
Permittees with coverage under an existing NPDES Permit (e.g. CGP, MS4) must file a Notice of Termination (NOT) within 14 calendar days after the site has achieved final stabilzation and discharges authorized by the permit have ceased.
